By downloading, installing, or using LittleLeaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings or Google Play Subscriptions settings after purchase.
Subscription owners can invite up to one additional family member to share access to baby tracking data. Family members receive full read and write access to all babies in the household. The subscription owner is responsible for managing household membership.

All content, features, and functionality of LittleLeaps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by LittleLeaps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of LittleLeaps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to LittleLeaps immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleLeaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms in the app. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is strictly between you and LittleLeaps, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the App or its content. Apple and Google, and their respective subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance, they will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as third-party beneficiaries.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
